Information we collect
When you submit a referral we collect the referrer name, referral ID, referred client name, client country, broker, client reference and any optional notes you provide.
How we use it
Submitted information is used solely to verify referrals, calculate monthly leaderboard rankings and administer championship rewards.
What is public
The public leaderboard shows only a participant display name (first name and initial) or referral ID, verified referral counts and qualification status. Client names, references, contact details and verification notes are never published.
Retention
Championship records are retained so historical results and previous champions remain verifiable. You may request correction or removal of your personal data by contacting MuaazFX.
Sharing
Referral information may be shared with the relevant broker only where verification requires it. We do not sell personal information.
